Terms & Conditions
The Dalby Hub is designed as a multi purpose facility:
It is a community project part funded by the IoM Lottery Trust.
It has separate access from the church and schoolrooms on the South side of the building.
It is open daily to visitors as a local history exhibition and part time small village shop from 10am – 6.00pm *
NB> Private use of the Bunkhouse is from 6pm-10am only: *
You are welcome to stay on during the day but must appreciate that during that time others may also be visiting this space and the shop.
For those staying for more than one night all your personal items and bedding can be locked into the cupboard provided during the day.
We ask that the beds are returned to sofas, and the room left ready for general use each morning by 10am.
*NB> "Exclusive use" can be requested, so that no one else can access the premises between 10 am-6pm. This comes at an additional cost of £10 per day.
There is a small entrance lobby providing separate access for the shop from the Bunkhouse.
The Historic Church of St James is still central in the life of our village community. It is used every Sunday evening for worship and during the rest of the week the schoolrooms are often used by the community.
Parking is available on the road
There is space for bikes off road by the wall.
Booking in advance is by email. Please contact: [email protected]
Fees: £30 per person per night.
All payments must be made in Sterling.
NB: The Bunkhouse is run as a Community not for profit organisation; after costs all funds go to the on-going maintenance and restoration of the historic building St. James Church Dalby.
Booking Conditions: We ask that 20% non-refundable deposit is due on booking, with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation Policy : In the event of cancellation, your initial deposit is non-returnable.
