This is part of a nationwide outreach ( including the Isle of Man! ) on behalf of the Church of England to help enable Church buildings to become more sustainable,.
Dalby was successful in it's application and now seeks to raise £7000 in six weeks ( Yeeeek!) to replace the gutters & down pipes on the North wall with deeper new aluminium ones, to replace the old lime mortar with new lime mortar, and replace 4 of the schoolroom windows with new double glazed windows. ....... All of which will help us to be warmer, cosier and less damp this winter!!
So any donations made to this campaign will be matched £ for £ to a total of £14,000.....at which point we can get this work done!
Thank you for supporting us !!!
