Thursday 28th : Meditation at Dalby :
Sun 31st : Community Songs of Praise at 6.30pm. With Guest Speaker Phil Craine talking about Praying the Keeills. Everyone welcome!
June 2026 Thurs 4th June: TT Teas at Dalby.

An invitation to take time out at and join us at Dalby Church and schoolrooms for TT Teas/ Breakfasts/ and Lunches all day. We invite to drop by anytime from 9am when we’ll be serving bacon and sausage baps for breakfast; or later in the morning for filter coffee and homemade cakes; or freshly made sandwiches, Manx Broth and homemade soups for Lunch…….. and afternoon cream teas served throughout the day until 4.30pm! All home cooking! Everyone welcome, seating in the garden if the weather is fine, or indoors by the log burner if it isn’t. Come with friends. After costs all proceeds go to our church Restoration fund and our two charities for this year: Autism in Mann & the Manx charity working overseas: The Coral & Pearl Hostels Trust that operates hostels for vulnerable girls in Tanzania. Sun 7th June : Celtic Evening prayer Led by Cheryl our Local Minister . 6.30pm. Everyone always welcome. Seeking a deeper stillness and silence before God through following the practice of the World Community of Christian Meditation. Meeting at 7.30pm - 9.00pm in the schoolrooms .You don't need to have meditated before to join us, any queries please contact Cheryl
Sun 14th : Holy Communion Led by Canon Margaret Burrow. 6.30pm. Everyone always welcome.

Monday 15th June : The Gathering : An invitation for those seeking a deeper closeness with God and with one another, to come gather ( every 3rd Monday of the month ) to share food and time together around the table starting at 7.00pm......
Wed 17th : Soup Stop : serving homemade soups, bread, tea, Cakes & Coffee from 12.30 - 1.30pm. Everyone welcome, no need to book in advance. Donations to help us cover our running costs are always very much appreciated . This will be our last session this side of summer! We'll be re-grouping in September. Hope you can join us.
Sun 21st: Taize Worship in the Church 6.30pm : 
This is a lovely reflective candle lit worship time, using unaccompanied Taize Worship chants and readings. A time to pause in the busyness of the week and to and sanctuary. Anyone is welcome.
Wed 24th : Dalby Ducklings 10.00am -11 30am: please contact to book in advance, we are currently running fully booked. Thursday 25th: Meditation at Dalby : 7.30pm - 9.00pm; Everyone always welcome to join us, please see the link for further information 
Sun 28th: Celtic Communion 6.30pm. Around the fire in the schoolrooms with Rev. Joanna Fisher. Everyone always welcome.

Welcome : a bit about us...
We have at least one event almost every month, just a time for getting together:
Be it a concert, a slide show, quiz night, World Bonnag Championship, speaker or music night, it will inevitably have a supper. These are the events organised by the Friends of our Church, and usually need booking in advance to help us with numbers for catering. They are fun and fundraising, with proceeds going to the ongoing maintenance and restoration of this unique historic building. 10% of our proceeds after costs always go to our nominated charities for the year. This year we're supporting Autism in Mann & the Manx charity working overseas: The Coral & Pearl Hostels Trust, supporting and helping vulnerable girls in Tanzania by operating safe hostels.
Our "Dalby Booking Office " is but a grand term for a very amazing family who volunteer to do this out of the kindness of their hearts amongst the busyness of their own lives...... to help value what they do for us it'd be really great if you could ring them within normal working hours whenever possible. Many thanks.

We save used stamps for the charity Manx Wild Bird Aid; a registered charity on the Isle of Man that rehabilitates sick, injured or orphaned wild birds and returns them to the wild. Its' work relies entirely on its volunteers and supporters. You can find more details about the work they do at: https://www.wildbirdaid.com
There's a collecting jar in the schoolrooms; we'd be very grateful for any stamps, with a trim of 1cm of paper around it Many thanks!
